Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive the photos?

Still photos, aerials, 3D virtual showcases, standard Walk-Thru videos, and Luxury Slideshows are delivered within 24 hours! Please contact us regarding delivery times on all other services.

Can I receive my photos same day?

Due to our high volume of work, we cannot offer same-day turnaround time.

How does invoicing work?

Invoices are sent with the download link! Invoices must be paid to download photos, tours, or videos.

Do you stage or clean?

We are not professional stagers! However, we provide a wonderful prep sheet that you can find on our contact page. It will give you lots of great pointers to prepare the home for photos! We highly recommend hiring a staging company for a consultation. We do ask that the house is prepped for photography before the photographer arrives.

What do you do about inclement weather?

Rain or shine, our still photography maintains a high quality image! However, if we feel that we cannot photograph in the weather, we will call to reschedule.

Can you edit this out?

In most cases, the answer should be “No.” if the object in question is part of the property. (i.e. structure, stains, carpet issues, window defects, etc…) That should be made perfectly clear, up front. However, removing vehicles and items not part of the property is possible and will be an additional fee to remove and will take longer for the photo to be ready.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, you can reschedule! However, please be aware of our cancellation policy. We are ALWAYS willing to work with you but we need notice. We ask for 48 hours in advance before a cancellation fee gets billed. The cancellation fee is $75 if cancelled within 48 hours. The cancellation fee for same-day cancellations are full price of service.

Does the agent need to be there?

Agents are not required to attend the service appointment, unless it is a tenant occupied property!
